1. Our Promise

Welcome to mummy.lk. We specialize in handcrafted executive gifts, awards, and bespoke collections. By using our site and services, you agree to these terms. We've tried to keep them as clear as possible, reflecting our commitment to quality and transparency.

2. Customization & Bespoke Orders

Many of our products include personalized engraving or custom design. We will provide a digital mockup for your approval before production begins. Once you approve a mockup, we are not responsible for errors (such as typos) that were present in the approved design.

Lead times for custom orders vary. While we always aim for priority delivery, bespoke items typically require 3-7 business days for production before shipping.

3. Bulk & Corporate Orders

For corporate and bulk orders, we offer specialized pricing tiers as displayed on the product pages. If you require a formal quotation or tax invoice, please contact our concierge team. Bulk orders may require a 50% advance payment to initiate production for non-regular corporate partners.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR). We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as our primary payment method for individual orders. For corporate partners, we also support Bank Transfers. Please ensure exact payment is ready upon delivery to avoid delays.

5. Shipping & Logistics

We deliver across Sri Lanka using reliable premium logistics partners. Delivery times range from 1-3 business days for Colombo and 3-5 business days for outstation areas. While we strive for punctuality, we are not liable for delays caused by external factors such as weather or logistics partner disruptions.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are often personalized, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for bespoke items unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a damaged item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence, and we will arrange a replacement immediately.

7. Intellectual Property

The designs, photography, and brand identity on this site are the property of mummy.lk. When you provide logos or designs for customization, you warrant that you have the right to use them. We reserve the right to display photographs of finished products in our portfolio unless you explicitly request otherwise.
